BOOKING TERMS
 

BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

  • BOOKING FEES : A $30 Non-refundable/transferable Booking Fee is required to book an appointment, which will go towards your service.

  • AFTER HOURS: Please TEXT us for a squeeze-in appointment. The Fee is 30$

  • SCHEDULING INFILLS:We do not offer refills for lashes from other salons. New clients, please book a full set with an additional $20 for removal. Refills within 2-3 weeks require 40-50% remaining lashes, and extended refills (over 3 weeks) cost $15-$20. If it's been over 4 weeks, it's considered a full set.

  • CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you are feeling sick, please contact us before 24 hours; failure to do so will result in the loss of the Booking Fee ($30) , NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • NO SHOWS/NO CALLS: You will not be able to book again. We will send you a reminder message 1 day before your appointment; if you don't notice  please understand that it's your responsibility to remember your appointment.

  • LATE APPOINTMENT: We allow a maximum of 15 minutes grace period. After that, it's $15 for every 10 minutes, or the technician will utilize the remaining time and schedule you for another appointment if needed.

  • PAYMENT: Bring CASH or pay a +2.6% processing fee by CARDS.

  • REQUIREMENTS: You must come with clean lashes and makeup-free eyes. No extra guests or pets are allowed. If you have to come with your kids, they must stay outside the room. Please refrain from phone calls during the service and avoid caffeine before the appointment. Contact lenses must be removed. 

  • DELUXE BROWS: If you book a Deluxe Brows service, please come with a makeup-free face.

  • OMBRE POWDER BROWS: Please send a close-up picture of your face and brows before booking an appointment.
